I'm not sure about coating potatoes in egg & then deep frying them, I'm pretty sure the egg would burn before the potatoes cooked. I would also leave the Chilli, Sriracha Sauce & Capers out, not a fan of spicy food. But might try adjusting the recipe a little bit! 😊

Ummm! Yes! You can coat egg on almost anything your frying with flour. It def helps the flour stick and as long as you have it on med heat ( not to low and not to high) your food will be perfect! I can tell your not too big on cooking 😂
