Make these tasty Crispy Parmesan Potatoes in just a few minutes using simple ingredients! They're perfect as a side dish or on their own. With a buttery, cheesy crust, these tender potatoes are a must-try recipe for potato lovers! Make this delicious treat for your kids and family🤩❤️🥰😘
INGREDIENTS:
680g / 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes
2 tbsp Butter
60g / 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Spices:
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp Celtic salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 clove garlic
Bake the potatoes at 215C/420F for 20-25 minutes
Dipping sauce (Optional):
150g / 5.3oz Plain Greek Yogurt
Fresh parsley or green onions, chives, dill
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
juice of 1/2 lemon
