INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp Olive oil
2 Potatoes
2 eggs
1 Shallot or 1 small Onion (optional)
SEASONING:
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Sweet paprika
1/2 tsp Herbs de Provence
1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
2 tsp chopped parsley, chives, or scallions (optional)

SPICES:

1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp Celtic salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 clove garlic
Bake the potatoes at 215C/420F for 20-25 minutes
Dipping Sauce (Optional):
150g / 5.3oz Plain Greek Yogurt
Fresh parsley or green onions, chives, dill
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper

juice of 1/2 lemon

Hi 👋, I thought I would have a go at one of your delicious recipes, it started off great and then I noticed I had run out of gas, had brick problems had to do everything off in another pan and put it in the oven, just waiting for results it’s not going to be as good as yours obviously, thank you for sharing your amazing skills

Just happened to stumple on your channel so have only have looked through a few recipes and comments. It appears to me you are sharing creative basic recipes that are easy on the pocketbook,mouth water,quick and common staples.. I will ɓe trying a few recipes this weekend. The negative comments ive read seem to be very biased given only someones particular tastes! Yuk is not a comment. If they think the recipe is to basic or not to their tastes or dont agree with a cooking method that should be stated. Why are they still on your channel. Dont be discouraged! There is mention of your recipes showing on other sites. I believe you should take that as a compliment! Copycats lack the creative ability, knowledge and are so impressed with your recipes they have to share. They should have the courtesy to mention their source!
