300g tofu
1/2 carrot
Mushroom
3 Chili pepper (you can place with corn)
2 stalks green onion
yu choy or any type of vegetable that you like (bean, green bell pepper,...)
Pepper
Ground pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 tsp seasoning powder (can replace with sugar, salt and MSG)

1 tbsp striped ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 cup water
Ground pepper to taste
