I think this could be really good as more of a muffin and add a little bit of butter instead of the frosting.

I love these mug cakes. However I hate icing so I always eat them without icing anyway. I just hate the texture and sweetness of icing. To me the cakes are flavorful enough. And wonderful review!

There's an Artificial Cream Cheese "extract" that a LOT of companies use to make this flavor, and I cannot stand it. I bet that's what you're tasting. Walmart sells the stuff, and its awful.

What’s with all these bitter icings?! It’s like the Hostess orange pudding mix too. In the description you put 430 calories, but I think you reversed the numbers as it’s 340 :)
