Betty Crocker brownies are super nostalgic to me because it's what my Mom bought most of the time. She'd have us use *gasp* applesauce... And at the time for some reason we didn't have a square dish, so we used a pie pan. Despite that, they were still full of sugar so they were good to me 😆

I love brookies and I love s'mores. I've never thought of combining them. I think I'll give it a go. But it needs Graham Crackers. I think I'll make a Graham cracker crust then add my regular brownie mix, use a cookie dough and add in the marshmallows. Yum!

Mmm!!! This looks amazing! I’m definitely adding more mini marshmallows on top at the end!!! The idea to cut with a pizza cutter is brilliant!!! I would cut them into thin bars too!!!

hey tami! I know you and Kevin don't care too much about healthy alternatives and such but I thought I would point out that using coconut oil instead of vegetable oil is a much better alternative. although I do understand you were just following the directions on the box :)

I make a s’mores brownie bar that is amazing… graham cracker crumbs and butter for crust, boxed brownie mix according to instructions on top and mini marshmallows on top for last 15 minutes of baking… it turns out really good and everyone loves them… you can add chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers on top if you want…
