Metal emits a powerful energy that has the power to uplift spirits, unite people, and inspire creativity in individuals all over the world. This follow-up film attempted to investigate the causes of our society's fascination with this sound and the beneficial effects it has had on all of us. It was energizing to use the lessons we learned from the last project to enhance this storyline. I did my best to put together a lineup of outstanding musicians who could contribute something different. When it comes to metal, which is the musical genre I most enjoy, preserving history is really significant to me.
The film covers a wide range of themes, such as how we first learned about the darker side of music, where they think it's headed, the benefits of working internally, and fascinating anecdotes about their career as a musician and the attitude required to succeed in the music business.

Six months ago, I put myself back into my local metal scene and started a band and I like a lot of these guys said before I started this band I was in the lowest absolute point in my life , I just got clean off of hard drugs and was actually a mental place where people would actually want to deal with me , this helped me show my mates exactly the effort in the work that we have to put in like the fact that we have to run the band like a business and this is a career , trying to take us from actually want to make something out of it

when you make music for the love of music its better than any other reason.. Money comes and goes.. sEX will always be there... But to achieve a banging track that stands the test of time is what making music is about.

NYHC Exactly what it says on the tin . Buyer Beware !!! My introduction to *Crust*[UK] a term i dont really get , was Extreme Noise Terror from Ipswich, England, then the likes of Gorilla Biscuits , Sick of it All Cro mags etc 30+ yrs on im still into this stuff always buying Vinyl LPs this needs to be kept alive . "You either got it honey or you ain't" !
