I think Geoff passed it to Lindsey because he didn't like the management side and was just focusing on games and content. He still manages... something I don't know what but he goes to an awful lot of meetings. Lindsey then gave it to Trevor just before Iris was born I think (or she knew she was pregnant can't remember rightly which) so she could more easily take time off to be at home.
