I liked it. Thought it was pretty good. I just didn't care for the daughter. Her acting in this wasn't strong at all.

I’m a huge Beverly Hills cop fan and I felt the movie was okay. Eddie still has energy in him. They chose a poor director for this movie, especially because it’s his first directing movie. Rush Hour 4 will be a lot better!!

This was not a wack movie. This was alright. I agree with X-Files that Kevin Bacon was an OBVIOUS antagonist at first site. But I disagree about the daughter being the best part. Her tension with Axel Foley was completely unnecessary, and their conflict literally got in the way of the main story and the action. She should not have been in this film as his daughter. She should have been someone else. I feel like Joseph Gordon-Levitt was very good in this movie. But it got repetitive. They escaped in every single mobile vehicle, from a Meter Maid's vehicle, to a golf cart, and to that other vehicle.... Lame. Overall I give this movie a B-/C+.

lol 18:30 X Files said Bad Boys had a high budget & this had a low ass budget lol. This movie had a higher budget (150 mil) Than any of the Bad boys movies lol

Luiz Guzman was the best actor in the whole movie. They gave Joseph Lovett a terrible character, he plays a straight man with no charisma. Bro is not even handsome in this movie. The gay gangster needed more screen time

I liked it too. I thought it could had been funnier! Better than part 3 and the unaired tv pilot. 30 plus sequels that did it right was and was worth the movie ticket was Top Gun: Maverick and Bad Boys: Ride or Die.

I also thought about Hollywood needing to perhaps use de-aging technology for iconic returns. We understand that humans age, but allow us to escape into the past and only let us see the actors in their prime.

Why are you mentioning action stars in the same conversation with Eddie Murphy? Apples and oranges saying his name in the same sentence with Will Smith, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone. He and Martin Lawrence are more similar than those three, because Martin was never an action star either. He's a comedian like Eddie who starred in dark comedies (48 Hours, A Thin Line Between Love and Hate, Beverly Hills Cop, Blue Streak, etc). And unlike Bad Boys, Eddie was the only star. It's not like Lethal Weapon or Bad Boys. He was the only A-lister in the franchise.

Happy 4th Of July 🎆🎇. This film I felt wasn't needed for the franchise. Of course they had to throw in the "Daddy Wasn't There" aspect for him and his daughter. It was cool seeing Billy, Tagget and Serge again. For me it was ok, bur i hope it's the last one. C+ overall.
