@Rhutwij Tulankar : Modi is one better he just denied he was married. Among the countless lies - from being a Tea Boy in a railway station that did not exist to holding a degree made out of whole cloth. Ghati's have always been sour grapes the only hero they have is Shivaji, & they have named everything in Bombay, Parks, Airports & Railway stations after him. How about naming public toilets after good old Shivaji Maharaj. Then there is the infamous RSS with the 'Gavar' Ghati Godsey's being the Thuggish extension of this lawless extremist Neo Nazi's

@Rhutwij Tulankar: please comment or opine when you have a better grasp of English. Ghati's are people who come from the Ghat's. Being "based in America" you are probably unfamiliar with India's Geography. Your last name suggests you maybe a Ghati - Hill dweller, Pahadee or a peasant.

That's the problem. It beats me why all the memebers of the party don't clamour for a change when the country clearly is. But I understand why Tharoor alone can't openly not support Rahul Gandhi. If he has to be in power he needs a party ticket because independents rarely win and when they do it is precarious and at the mercy of some other alliance that they have to ally themselves with. Now since he has to be in a party it has to be Congress because the other one with a national presence is the far right bjp. So yeah. All this will continue till maybe another loss makes the problem of having Rahul pressing enough for them to find a better leader.

First of all, you write as if we were friends at a time in the past, forty eight years ago. And secondly am not sure if being a Trotskyist is a compliment or a stigma. As to your question about whether all BJP are angels, to be brief, is a posture only the reckless would adopt. So my answer to that part of the discussion is an absolute No. I take it that ST is no doubt Shashi Tharoor? As to being a politician that I am not and have no aspirations to be, ever. Therefore you are ascribing to me a category of being convenient politician, and by suggestion you'd like me to be one that supports a particular political philosophy, I am not. I assure you I am a Civic Nationalist as you have chosen to describe it. But my theocratic leanings are my private business, not up to be discussed in the same breath with my political pursuit. I trust you are clearer about some aspects about me you have chosen to examine.

The British get criticized because the Indian economy stagnated; however, the modern Indian govt. has harmed its economy using protectionism. Imported cars are charged 60% & 100% tariffs. Build cars within India you say. Well, that can be less efficient. GM, Ford, & Harley Davidson all tried & had to give up. This drives up costs for consumers, drives down wages, & over the long run, hurts the people you intend to protect. If we all hand weave clothing like Ghandi did, we will all be poor, because of low productivity.

@Critic224
@Critic224 6 жыл бұрын
Tanmoy Samanta Chinese Presidents are not democratically elected while our prime minister is, and in a democracy, we are allowed to ask questions or criticize within a framework of respect, which is what Dr Tharoor did. He did not bad mouth the PM, he criticized within a framework of reasoning and respect. And yes, I know perception of India beyond its borders is very important, but you know what, perception is not made by lying in front of a foreign audience but actually by doing good deeds. If India is gaining a bad name due to rape cases in the country, then it is because rapes are taking place in the country, not because some Indian politician is admitting to them taking place in front of a foreign audience! If India is called an open toilet then it is because of the fact that till now more than 50% of our people still don’t have access to safe sanitation. Fix all this and we will change the perception of our country in eyes of the world!

Well well. Bharatbarsha has a Hindu heritage. Christians and Muslims belong to the invading cultures (outsiders who invaded Bharatbarsha). It is in the greater interest of the nation that we appreciate our naturalness. Our naturalness is "Hinduness" (Hindutwa). But this word Hindutwa has been used negatively to undermine our culturally rich Dharmic heritage. Which is Hindutwa. Congress Party has followed appeasement and vote bank politics. Which is being rightfully ignored by the ruling government.

@@someshdevkar5387 preservation of good over evil this is our duty, our responsibility. This is how we develop ourselves. Our naturalness as Bharatbasi is our Hinduness (Hindutwa). We must behave naturally. Which means we display our naturalness in our acts, deeds and our relationships. It does not mean that we must tolerate the intolerant. It does not mean we display any odd behaviour in order to be multicultural, liberal or adopt appeasement policy and vote bank politics. It means simply we behave as we should .... normal, natural and not support or encourage any anti-Bharat and anti-Hindu activities. Our aim is to develop ourselves as Bharatbasi "Savka Sath Savka Vikash" (not by changing our naturalness or through appeasement policy). We must defeat all breaking India forces. We must defeat all naysayers. Bharatbarsha is known as Hindustan meaning "land of the Hindus". Due to our magnanimous attitude and extreme generosity we welcomed many outsiders over the centuries to come over here and settle down. Many of them have come here and settled down peacefully. Zoroastrians when pushed out of Iran (Persia) have come here settled and prospered. They do not have problems or issues! Only certain people find it difficult, and to them I say if you find it hard you may choose to leave we have no objections. We also say do not create problems here by showing your displeasure. Why? Simply your behaviour will not be allowed. You will not be tolerated if you are not complying. We will never tolerate the intolerant people, we never did, not now and never.
