While I listened to this wonderful man talking to people and giving so much loving insight with a bundle of soft twinkling humor, I ate my fresh cooked meal , petting my dog, gave him some of his most appreciated treats, and just smiled and felt blessed and grateful being alive. We don't have to get carried away all the time with the stream of thoughts passing through our human mind because the omnipresent flow of consciousness is constantly permeating throughout the entire universe regardless of what we think. So we ought to be able to have control over our mind rather than our mind have control over us. Awakened people are highly aware of this and they are able to harness the constant flow of consciousness to bring forth more light unto themselves and in to the world.✨

This mans book 'The Power of NOW' had a profound effect on me about mid way through it. Like i found a peace and appreciation of everything around me that was beyond the ability of description. It should be a mandatory requirement to read the book as a part of every cell/smart phone sale.

I agree with you, and if only human beings could do that more often, but unfortunately they are way too busy identifying with their minds or being preoccupiededly stimulated by social media nonsense and video games to even recognize our silent communion with the divine presence in all things.

This is so true. One doesn't necessarily need to subscribe to spiritual beliefs to appreciate the power of presence, , test the practice and find for yourself.... Since my awakening, I've come to realize that moments of true happiness weren't solely about external factors like relationships or activities; they were about tapping into the spaciousness of presence within. Now, I can still cherish those experiences, but I no longer depend on them for my inner peace. It's a liberating realization, and I hope more people discover this innate source of contentment within themselves.

Would love to look at the sky but these days in Europe, it's a rare event to see a blue sky. Was recently in Paraguay where the sky was visible 24/7 and the most amazing view of the Milky Way. No excessive artificial light out in the middle of nowhere.
