let me break this down as I see it logically. Everyone has a gimmick for their genre to be noticed, this one has adapted frog eye's. Spiritual Development is about becoming more and more aware of one's NATURAL INNATE spirituality, that means it's inborn, that means your capacity to become aware of your innate spirituality that will originate in the mind due to natural fundamental knowledge within. Given the mind is the faculty of consciousness and are non physical, which means both cannot delete nor store information/knowledge, so they require the physical brain to be their faculty. There is only one way you would be able to receive your NATURAL INNATE spirituality and that is via your EGO tool send and receive information via your neurone transmission lines, all physicaly done. You cannot receive that information via remote signals. The quicker you realise your EGO is only the send and receive information tool, the quicker you will realise why you feel increased energy( excited) from your SOURCE FORM within relaying it's imprinted knowledge. That imprinted knowledge is your INNATE spiritual development and there is nothing spiritual about that in any form, it's natural. Absolutely no one can help you in your spiritually development because you/everyone has their own INNATE service already DEVELOPED and you are your OWN ENERGY because you are your OWN ITERATION FUNCTION initiated at your lineage inception, if it wasn't, you cant be alive. Give the person the rod, not the fish.

Serving others is ultimately serving ourselves. Being kind to someone who is unkind to you...is being kind to yourself. Including someone who is not included...is including yourself.

When we come across another human being in dire need or an animal in distress, because it's caught in a barbed wired fence or tangled up in a net, most peoples first instinct is to go and help them out. And I believe we do it out of the selfless love of our divine spirit and the recognition that they're a part of us and we're a part of them. So a service like that ain't out of ego or greed, but rather to help the light of our consciousness shine on. Thanks Eckhart.

Quite a complex answer, I for instance gave a homeless man £20 so he could sleep in a shelter, my son was present and noticed but that was not the reason. What about aid workers in Gaza risking their lives? Of course we feel good when we hep someone, this is undeniable, to just help an old lady off the bus with heavy shopping, simply acknowledging someone can lift them I believe, if they look somewhat depressed, letting someone cross the street in your car, how do these acts fit in with what Eckhart is saying? They ate somewhat egoic, yet also the intention is good, why is the path to evil laden with acts of good intention?

At night before sleep I always pray for peace on this planet and for the oppressed to be free. I visualise healing hands and healing colours wrapped around this planet. No more suffering to animals.

Totally agree. I’ve manifested my dream home, the car, the job, and loads of other things and I’ve never ever sat there for hours imagining anything or willing it into existence. The only thing I ever did was just having that little feeling, almost like a whisper in my heart, that I’d want tmy house to be that, or my car to be that, or the job to meet those expectations... and that was it. And it all came to my life, every single time, without losing sleep over it or trying hard. And I think feeling happy regardless of having what you want is the key. There is a bit of a catch 22 and paradox here as there always is in duality. The thing that does not allow this moment to be as it is the stuck guilt, fear, anger, shame, etc that is held in the body/mind (or 'pain body' as Eckhart calls it) so to allow all the experience of this moment is also to allow these feelings that say 'this is not ok' and be an open space for them to be expressed, processed, felt, cried out, etc.. When you know you are not them and all is well including those feelings, you have no problem to allow them to move through you and watch. A lot of people will label that 'ego', repress their feelings and therefore block the energy flow and purification and hold separation.
