83,000 sq miles in Guyana. Parrots are not endangered in the Guianas and surrounding territories. Stop chatting nonsense. It doesn't matter if he catches them all day, their population will continue to grow faster than he could ever catch them. Maybe you should tell your family to stop buying that chicken from Popeyes and KFC.

@dmvbay2535 I agree. He probably does this for very little money to contribute to their household for food and necessities. Stop judging for $20 he made for the pet market. Focus on the Child Sex Slave Trafficking that's going on in own Country 😥 I live in the US, where Child Sex Trafficking is @ 60% in the World💔 They can sell them possibly 6 times a day every day ! Most of These Children are Never Rescued. 💔 THAT'S HEARTLESS & WICKED 😢😢😢

He said that he sells them for 3000 Jamaican dollars. That's about $20 American. The trouble is that a wild bird doesn't make a good pet. The ones in stores are bred in captivity and are tamed. Yes, this is cruel to the animal, but who are we to judge? I live in a wealthy country and have a good job but imagine what it's like to be struggling to survive every day.

For my believe no man can pay a man for his labour, man made law make men talking about healthy and good job. And still waiting and wanting for a lots of things, that the said Welty and healthy job money can't buy after getting pay. We all are all slaves to the working sectors, when a man can order your time and scheduled you're a slave to the working sectors again. But according to men achievement we all talking about working for our need. We work for years to buy a vehicle one time right, then look how we spend the money in a minute that we save for over the years, why we couldn't buy that said vehicles in our first salary. ???

Жыл бұрын
Your comment justifies poaching of native species... So, based on your absurd and ridiculous viewpoint, anyone is entitled to catch (and sell) or kill any wild species just because of its impact on crops... That's a simplistic and brutal perspective. Don't lie, you're not sad for this catching.

Жыл бұрын
@@spyplus7260 You're horribly wrong. Catching wild parrots for sale is far from being an "honest" job. Actually, it is a crime punishable with imprisonment in many countries, as it constitutes an ilegal depredation of native species, a great damage to ecosystems and an animal cruelty situation (because the death rate of captured birds is incredibly high, as they're deprived from their natural conditions and resources to thrive, and many perish under the most terrible conditions due to overcrowded cages, dirtiness, infections, a poor nutrition and disease). You're not empathetic nor respectful to these animals. You're a shameful example of how much we need to improve environmental education for the next generations. Finally, in order to briefly respond your question, I summarize it: I teach children and teens about the importance of protecting our natural heritage, avoiding deforestation, denouncing wildlife ilegal trade and recycling. That's far better than justifyng what's unjustifiable.
