I always thought Liberty would be the one pining for Travis because they're alike, but Travis is in love with Summer because he's a geek and she's the beautiful, outgoing, active girl he can never get.

As always, this reno is perfect for the sims. I honestly wish EA would let some of you guys build their houses for the game when something gets released. As much as I love playing the game, their builds are not all that great.

That would be great, but they have to keep the items low so that it can work on all ranges of RAM and only use items from base game and the pack because not everyone had every pack.

I love this renovation! Willow Creek is turning out so pretty, I can't wait to see what you're going to do with the Magnolia Blossom Park. It's funny what you said about the BFFs, because when I read the Calientes bio it says that Katrina and Don are in a relationship but when I checked them they are also acquaintances? Like they tried to give each household a story like TS2 did but they didn't bother adding different relationships other than roommate or spouse.

I love these sims! Along with Candy and Yuki, they are based off of the MySims characters. But these are so cute in MySims Kingdom where they are at "university" and there's a prom and the you can tell Travis who he should go to prom with.

I had refurnished their house forever ago but I'm just not that good at building outside of apartments, they deserve this build. Liberty is one of my favorite townies.

I LOVE this house. Also libertys room is my favorite out of the bedrooms but I love the second deck and everything you did outside and the entrance layout and decoration. This is probably my favorite house that I’ve seen so far from you! I just found your channel about two weeks ago and have been obsessively binge watching ever since hahaha

My sim started dating Travis Scott and moved in into this house years ago and this is literally perfect little reno for the house once the oldest kids move out. I have been looking for ages for a house to use as a bit of a refresh after the oldest kids move out. I love it ✊🏻😌

I personally think it actually makes more sense that the overall price of the house is more, as the whole point of roommates is to each chip in to pay rent and yet have your own basically “mini apartment” with your own money. For example, maybe they all chip in to pay rent for the house and yard, but the value of their furniture is because it’s their own. Maybe they brought it from their childhood bedroom, maybe their parents gave it to them, maybe they’ve saved enough by splitting rent to get nicer furniture, who knows?

So happy you renovated this house, they’re one of my favorite households to play in! I agree that their bedrooms did look kiddy so it’s good you made it look more mature for their age. Also their love triangle is really interesting. Liberty and Travis seem like the perfect match b/c they have so much in common but summer is like the opposite so she may attract Travis if he wants something different

I absolutely adore the idea of connecting that base game sink with Jungle Adventure side table! Also, this is such a nice house. Very homey, bright and definitely matching the BFF household :)

I live almost half the year in Michigan (and the other half in England) but these style houses and neighbourhoods are so similar to the ones I see everyday where I live in MI. I love their quaintness!! This particular house drove me up the wall, especially the layout, and as usual you’ve transformed it into a beauty!! Absolutely love it!! (And what you did with the bathroom sink!!)

this is such an amazing renovation! i’ll honestly probably download this since i’m also renovating the sims and it takes so much time to renovate EVERY lot 😂 i personally have liberty and summer as lesbians with travis being completely oblivious to it, because i felt like mixing things up a little bit.

They're bestfriends because of their origin: Travis, Liberty and Summer come from a game series called MySims and in MySims Kingdom, the second game in the MySims franchise, they live on an island together where they all go to the royal academy. Summer is a cheerleader, Travis is a huge geek and mobile phone addict, Liberty is obsessed with nature. You can also decide if Travis dances with Summer or Liberty!!

This reno is really cute. I really like what you did with the backyard area and Summers bedroom. My only critique is that the living area of the home (kitchen, dining, TV area) almost looks to well put together. If 3 ya's are living in this house I feel like it would be more realistic if nothing matched really. Like they bought stuff here and there for the house instead of buying a set of furniture. But that being said, the house still looks great :)

Wow!! I’ve tried so many times to remake this house and always ended up frustrated or not liking the finished version. Your version looks incredible, and I can’t wait to download it! But there is one thing that I always get confused about... that drawing tablet that you’ve put in some of your houses so far, what pack is it from? I don’t think I’ve ever seen this object in my game.

You should do a counter on how many times you say the word pretty because you tend to use it a lot. I do like your builds and videos but that is a huge peeve of mine. 😂
