For these I think u should have an option of 3 transfers in total that u can sign to make things more realistic. Usually teams sign more than one player a season but Ozil is very expensive so I think it should be limited

Man, some tips: When you start a player's career to remake it, always look at his overall, because if there is a rival in his position, he won't play right, so you can either quit or go on loan and come back with a higher overall (if do not pass your rival, you can ask to leave or ask for another loan) Another tip is to analyze the team that's offering you a contract, if it has a rival too, and superior overall, it doesn't accept, and if you don't have a rival, you can sign.
