After completing my all documentation required for my Bhutan travel , i boarded in the coaster bus for trip to Thimphu - Capital city of Bhutan .
In this video , you will enjoy my amazing journey from phuentsholing to Thimphu . My bus started by 1:30 pm ( Bhutan time ) followed through the two check posts i.e Rinchengding & chhukha check post.
First of all the bus crossed the rinchengding check-post where i have shown my travel permit and my ID's , not only me but rest all other citizens have to also show their I'ds . Before COVID times there was free movement of Indians across the borders in Bhutan, they can freely trade or can stay with no excuses but the things are changed now.
After around 2 hour we reach Gedu which is approx 44 kms from phuentsholing, which is famous for universities and colleges. It's a home to Royal University of Bhutan & Gedu school of business studies.
Our last halt of bus was at Highway host restaurant which is near to chhukha check post ( last check post for on the way to Thimphu) . Highway host restaurant is a wonderful restaurant with an amazing infrastructure including bar , cafe & convenience store.
We started out journey from phuentsholing by 1:30 pm and reached Thimphu bus stand by 7:15 pm & fare was 475₹. I enjoyed my journey a lot , hope you also enjoyed watching the vlog.
