I agree with Senior Advocate Aravind Dattar, the reform must come with effective implementation of the law and amendments, not entirely repealing or replacing, it's absolutely give way to new problems,

The replacement of the three laws is a bigger law reform than the introduction of GST. While gst affects only the business entities, these laws will affect the rights of every citizen. Secondly, if theses bills are not passed within the tenure of this Lok Sabha, they will lapse. So the government will bulldoze these bills through the parliament.

Sir i have read your argument in centre of policy research vs income tax 1. I have one question, can income escaping assessment upto ay 2018-2019, non repsented in the form of asset after 1 april 2022? As these already expired on 31 march 2022 Amedment can not make dead period live. Is this right? Please reply if u can?
