500gms or 2 Cups Basmati/ Biryani Rice
150 gms Matar
200 Gms Paneer
1 Carrot
50 Gms Beans
1/2 Cauliflower
1 Potato
3 Green Chillies
2 Inch Ginger
1 Onion
1 Tbsp Desi For Cooking (cashews and Paneer )
7 - 8 Cashews
WATER for Paneer
1 tsp Black Salt(for paneer )
Hing ( For Paneer)
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee For cooking veggies
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee For Rice
3.5 Cups Water
1 Tbsp Salt
Coriander Leafs
Nut Meg Powder
WHOLE SPICE
2 Bay Leaf
1/2 Cinnamon
3 - 4 Elachi
1 Badi Elachi
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Corns
5 - 6 Cloves
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Mace / Javitri
For Smoke
1 Cinnamon
1 tsp Desi Ghee
