INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :
10 Eggs
1/2 Cup Mustard Oil (ONLY)
1/2 salt (For Eggs)
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder (For Eggs)
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (For Eggs)
FOR GRAVY
7 Onions
2 -3 Whole Garlic Pod
16 - 18 Garlic Cloves
1.5 Inch Ginger
3 Green Chillies
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 Cinnamon
3 Dried Red Chilli
2 Bay Leaves
2 Big Cardamom
6 Cloves
6 Green Cardamom
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp haldi Powder
1 tsp Spicy Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 TBSP Chicken Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala

dosto maine kaafi comment padhe and realise kiya ki video mai namak (salt ) wala part added nahi hai SORRY for the the editing mistake , Salt should be added with onions and garlic in the beginning of cooking to reduce cooking time 1 tsp Salt dala . I hope aapka bihari style egg curry achi bane :)

Sir i am a bihari the whole garlic thing u used.....it is mainly used in chicken curry in bihar coz egg curry is a less time taking recipe the garlics didn't get enough time to cook.....but i liked the chicken masala thing it is the main masala used there.....by the way ur dish was looking mouth watering👍

authentic Bihari recipe indeed, without any pastes. If you add some yogurt/dahi and cook the same it is called -"istoo" - the localized word for "stew".

I tried this recipe today and it turned out really tasty. Tip : since the gravy is made of onions entirely, take big size onions or if small then take more of them or else gravy will be less.

Yes, in Bihari style gravy we don't put tomato puree or curd. And we put whole garlic also in chicken gravy. I make gravies with tomatos and curd which my husband, mother in law and my mother don't like it ☺️☺️😂☺️
