I made some changes in this recipe, after first pressure cooker step, I grinded the masala and made paste. I also has 2 tomatoes. Half a cup cream at the end. And it came out super good 👌

I grind onions, ginger garlic, coriander, mint, tomatoes, yogurt, chili, dhania,jeera ,lime,pepper corns,garammasala, salt,haldi...marinate the chicken . Put mustard oil in vessel..red chilies then marinated chicken..cook for 20 minutes or till oil separates ...add ready barista ..😋

Here is my recipe: 1. Fry onion 5min 2. Add garlic and ginger 5min add garam masala 3. Add 1tbs salt 4. Add chicken 5. Fry for 10min 6. When water comes out add mirch powder & corrnder powder 7. Fry for 5min and add tomato 3-4pc 8. Close the pan with lid and fry for 10min 9. Add haldi & salt 10. Add clove powder (use fresh clove pc n make powder) 12. Add water accordingly/ or don't add water if u wanna eat without gravy 13. And cook till the water become thick Add fresh correndr.. Finish

Looks unnecessary, it just takes 5-10 minutes more if we just cook onions and tomato without whistle. And closing the lid of pressure cooker results in evaporation then condensation, and then the "bhunai" of onions and masala is stopped. You can take the whistles after chicken is fried, but avoid using it while frying onions and masala, it just takes 5-10 minutes more.

This is really an amazing recipe. But one thing I want to understand is ki agar gravy Baad me increase karna ho tab kya kiya jaye? Because meine Baad me gravy increase karne ke liye warm water dala tha Lekin chicken ke gravy ka taste bigad gaya. Please please please reply. Thank you.
