Thank you so much! Love this recipe. I'm from Mauritius and my husband is Irish. I've introduced him to spices lol. Just made it today and had lunch. Didn't have the kasuri methi or Kewara water. I added raisins in it too and it turned out super tasty! Hubby absolutely loves it! That's one of his favourites now!

I cooked the same way you have instructed. Although I didn't had kasuri methi and coriander leaves, but then also the biryani cooked so well and I too liked a lot what I cooked . My husband too appreciated.Also it was an easy recipe. In just one go , I did marination , cooking of rice and biryani . Thank You !
