INGREDIENTS:
For The Boiling:
Soya Chaap= 300 gm
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Water= 2 liter
For The Marinate:
Fenugreek Leaves Powder= 1/4 tsp
Green Cardamom= 1/4 tsp
White Pepper Powder= 1/3 tsp
For The Masala:
Hung Curd= 2 tbsp
Cashew Nut Paste= 2 tbsp
Fresh Cream= 2 tbsp
Green Cardamom= 1/3 tsp
Fenugreek Leaves Powder= 1/3 tsp
White Pepper Powder= 1/3 tsp
Salt to Taste
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tsp
Processed Cheese= 30 gm
For The Topping:
Fresh Cream= 2 tbsp
Butter= 1 tbsp
Chat Masala= 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves= 1 tsp
