INGREDIENTS:
For The Fish:
Sole Fish= 180 gm
Lemon Juice= 3 tbsp
White Pepper= 1 pinch
Salt= 2 pinch
Mustard Paste= 1/4 tsp
All Purpose Flour= 2 tbsp
Egg White= 1 no
Oil For Fry
For The Vegetable:
Carrot= 1/2
Green Beans= 1/2 cup
Broccoli= 1/2 cup
Butter= 1 tbsp
Salt= 1 pinch
Black Pepper= 1 pinch
Oregano= 1 pinch
For The Sauce:
Lemon Juice= 1/4 cup
Garlic= 1/2 tsp
Salt= 1 pinch
Butter= 60 gm
Fresh Parsley= 1 tbsp
Black Pepper= 1/2 tsp

Wonderful presentation Chef...your explanation is very interesting and helps to pick up the finerpoints... practical tips of using different utensils are very useful,but one thing this preperation would be slightly crispy fish with lemon butter similar to fish muniere... would be difficult to handle with chicken supreme...
