INGREDIENTS:
For The Marinate:
Sole Fish= 360
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder= 1/2 tsp
Yellow Chilly Powder= 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice= 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder= 1/2 tsp
For The Masala
Cashew Nut= 10
Brown Onion= 1
Ginger= 1 inch
Garlic Cloves= 10
Green Chilly= 2
Mustard Oil= 3 tbsp
Carom Seeds= 1/2 tsp
Gram Flour= 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1/4 tsp
Hung Curd= 3 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder= 1/2 tsp
Yellow Chilly Powder= 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi Powder= 1 tsp
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice= 1 tbsp
