Thanks for this! I often order bibimbap at Korean restaurants so I am going to try making this. My wife loves the bibimbap with the raw beef, but first time round I'm sticking with the cooked marinated meat.

I been making this dish for a long time now after reading your recipe. There are so many things you can do with it. It is one of my most favourite things to eat.

And as longer as you use an oil such as olive, rice bran or peanut oil, then its healthy. I prefer a poached rather than fried egg, though it's slightly more effort.

The process might seem a bit complicated in this video but the best part of bibimbap is that you can actually make it in just a minute with whatever's in the fridge-especially if Korean food is your staple.😂

Personal preference but you need to smother it in red chili paste then mix so its all red.

I've been wanting to try making bibimbap at home but i can't find the recipe that i am most comfortable here in youtube until this one pops up to my recommendation. So now, i'm gonna try making bibimbap maybe tomorrow or on sunday. Btw, what is that green something you're grating at 1:04?
