What is audio clipping

We recognize occasional audio challenges in our videos, but we'd like to clarify that the audio quality isn't consistently poor. The location has background noise and various activities taking place, and after reviewing the footage(did some cleaning of audio), it doesn't seem like a big enough issue at least in our opinion. We value your constructive feedback and appreciate your input. As we work on improvements, we kindly ask for your understanding and encourage a gentler expression of concerns.
