I found it very complicated to install. When it finally worked, it disconnected, when I left the bike. Now it seems I have to reset the alarm. That seems to be complicated as well. There are apparently some things you should be very careful about when doing it.

70mm stem is fine as long as it’s comfortable. Best to get experienced eye on your current riding position to see if there are any obvious issues, but keep in mind as you ride more, your position will also likely change, so don’t be afraid of changing setup - especially now days with “integrated everything” and one piece bar and stems, there aren’t THAT many things you can adjust. Note: Some smaller sized gravel bikes default build comes with 70mm or 80mm stems. So you should be ok with 70mm.

No replaceable derailleur hanger. That's a big issue with this and the RC 100. One good hit on the derailleur side and your bike is done for.

Actually, moving the saddle forward changed his torso angle - comparing before and after still photos taken from the video, his torso angle changed to more upright and thus brings his center more towards the back, resulting in lighter weight on the hands. Moving the saddle is not an isolated variable. Please continue to watch the video. :)

@@MazingerZX If you want to bring the center of the mass towards the back you need to change the angle of shoulder/arms. You do that with shortening a stem. (or get a bike correct size, 1 or 2 smaller). Putting saddle forward makes it even worse as theres more weight on the handlebars. Its simple simple physics. Do not watch the video, he has no idea what he is doing. Look at the saddle angle before he even tries it the first time at negative 10 degrees. Like every normal human can see thats not ridable and he is called bike fitter like what.

@@lukaluka400 Moving the saddle forward essentially moved his center of mass forward. This is equivalent of making his shoulder/arm closer to his center of mass. This also assumes it doesn't mess up his pedaling form - which the fitter seems to be fully aware of and is working without having to buy new bike parts as higher priority (which could be discussed in advance). The options you are suggesting are not the only way to address the issue - and any could be used. The final fit obviously works for the video creator and shows "there is more than one way to skin a cat" (as you've listed). Everyone has different saddle preference, please do not disparage another person's setup - especially when the final result works for the specific rider. For example, I ride with -8 degrees (nose down) and find it comfy as there are many climbs and rolling terrain in my typical cycling routes.

C406 Pro over 20% failure rate warning. If you are a customer - STOP buying If you are a retailer - STOP selling them and do NOT order any more stock. Hound your Magene rep for a refund of the stock. It is utter rubbish. We operate a wholesale and retail business in our country stocking various Chinese brands in the cycling industry. Most products perform well and are great bang for buck but the Magene C406 Pro has seen over 20% failure rate based on our user experience and after sales complaints. The C406 Pro is prone to a number of issues below. This will vary from unit to unit. Many of these issues also carry over to the C206 Pro 1. Unable to connect to Magene apps 2. Failing to power on 3. Power button getting stuck and causing the unit to fail and be completely dead 4. Battery won't hold charge 5. Navigation function does not work 6. Unable to connect to GPS satelites even after being powered on and riding for over 10-20min when other competitor devices connect within seconds. We're not here to badmouth Magene. Their other products such a power meters work fine with no issues. We need Magene to stand behind their products and provide real solutions to retailers who order their products and promote/sell them at a commercial level.

Aero wheels on a folding bike is pretty much useless, folding bikes are not fast enough to have significant gains from aero and most of the drag comes from the upright riding position anyway.

My 27.5 inch, 32-spoke, all-aluminum mtb wheelset weighs 1697 grams including the QR skewers. Those Koozer rims are quite heavy for a folding bike.

Your professionalism and enthusiasm are fantastic! I bought this bike several months ago, and I agree with pretty much everything you've said about it. Like you, I know I don't NEED electronic shifting or a dropper post, but once I tried it, I LOVED IT! The geometry on this thing makes it the most comfortable (gravel) bike I've ridden, but it still handles some serious off-road stuff. I'm amazed I don't see them everywhere at this price point with these features.

Santic clothing have never failed me (jerseys and bib shorts). I still use two jerseys from like 2017-2018 (that light purple model they had for years) and even then their technology matches almost all of the characteristics mentioned on the video :)
