As a doctor (some experience of neurology) I agree …. He has all the symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease. His confusion is more likely to be a side effect of his medication ( for Parkinson’s disease) rather than dementia. Dementia tends to develop in the late stages of Parkinson’s disease … in 4 -5 years time

Then LBJ announced he would not seek another term , and then RFK (Robert Kennedy) announced that he was going to seek to Democrat nomination. You try running an active Presidential campaign AND be heavily involved as the CEO of a large and diverse Company AND have the US Government trying to throw you in jail in THREE different criminal trials in 3 different States AND have the Mainstream Media trash you every chance they get. Trump is on another level, most Men of ANY age wouldn't be able to withstand the stress levels that Trump is dealing with. Biden crumples like a wet cardboard box in a debate, after having a short vacation.

The president needs to be able to react in a moment’s notice and make colossal decisions in minutes or less. A legislator never does. There is always lots of time between votes and meetings. The president needs to be much more mentally nimble than the average legislator. The best authors of non-fiction are in their 70s or more, age brings wisdom and perspective, but the job of president is very different.
