It's a dumb and reckless decision that could have killed or seriously injured someone whether it be a little girl, a family, anyone. It's luck he didn't hurt anyone but the fact is he chose to drink and drive. I get that he was young when he did these mistakes but they went on and on, he chose to make those decisions and I don't think they should be brushed off so lightly.

I never egged a house. And I have never risked innocent lives by driving recklessly. Anyone that does deserves harsh punishment.
