The EXTREMELY LOUD Music Drowning out the Narration is just PHUCKEN Reticules...!!

This is the last Big Australia episode I going to watch. As much as the subject matter and video are excellent, the audio absolutely ruins the whole thing. I cannot hear any of the narrative due to the loud music, if I crank it up in an attempt to hear it I get deafened the next time it switches to one of the video subjects speaking. No more, it's just not worth the aggravation.

turn the music down. so we can hear the vocals. other than that. great video on the company and its management. as far as production is concerned anyway. very efficient. How does it treat the employees? I wager like evey other big company. profit first, production first. employees are disposable just like the equipment. use it ( them) use it ( them ) up and then dispose. I realize I could be wrong. just calling what I see.

I have to wonder if the producer of these videos ever review it. Like almost everyone else has stated, the music is way too loud and ruins the entire audio content.

I love to see the owner of the company make his kids work at a young age to learn how to do every job in it and not just give them the business a lot of employees will respect them a whole lot more

Yes, this is 2015 technology but in Australia in 2019 the audio could be stripped and re-mastered very easily, very easily. The message in these tapes is excellent but because of slack Post Production, Australia is made to look incompetant 'because we cant make quality tapes'. Rubbish, we have the competent people to do the job, we have PP companies that would do a great job....but then who really cares about our overseas reputations. Well I do for one and from the comments posted on here, so does every other viewer. And just have a look at the low number of viewers, isnt that sufficient condemnation.

Our son-in-law just left Canada to fight fires in Australia for the 19/20 season, meanwhile, I just retired from pulling “super b’s” for the past 35 years.

This is how the industry should be portrayed we’re professional drivers, here in England truck drivers are seen as trash and road bullies when in reality it’s the car drivers that need educating. Drivers that fill your safety zone between you and the car in front, drivers pulling out in front of trucks, not letting trucks pull out or overtake. If only they had to pay the diesel to get up to speed again and sit and watch complete idiotic car drivers that think they have gods given right and trucks are slow and in the way. Every newly passed car driver should be made to sit in a prime mover just to see what you can’t see.

interesting .. but stopped watching at 14.23 to much noise

For 3000 km the cabin of the truck is too smaller and there aren't any fridge, ovens etc. It looks unlike trucks in US and Canada even in Europe.

Great interesting videos, but the music is TOO LOUD to hear the people talking. The accent is cool, but combine that with the loud music on top of the talking, I miss more of the conversation than I get..... Feedback for future videos.

This video has been overdubbed with music covering over the commentators' voice. They have lowered the commentators' voice to the point that you hardly know anyone is talking! It may be to get the video past the censors but it sucks!

If I wanted to listen to music I would go to a youtube music video. I really wanted to watch this video but had to give up because I could not understand the narration. Really too bad as I'm sure a lot of money was spent producing it and judging from the comments a lot of viewers were put off by the music being too loud. I've noticed this on a lot of documentaries where the music seem to be the focus rather than the substance. I would watch it if they fixed it and put it back up on youtube.

What is wrong with KZfaq viewers? Never heard what the sound coming from the Rear & Centre speakers of a surround system sounds like? The problem with the video's sound is not an Australian problem it is because whoever uploaded did not convert the sound correctly.

Couldn't hear a goddam word due to the incessant music, if that's what you want to call that noise.

The problem was not in the song this announcer who was speaking low.

I guess they did it on purpose. That way if they got anything wrong they can claim, "We didn't get it wrong, you just misunderstood what we said.." I agree, why would anyone in their right mind have the music SO LOUD???

Again, awesome content to be posted and enjoy, but lousy technical quality so far as sound mixing goes. Too damn high a level of music at times and no boost in narration track. Hey, I'm unemployed at the moment, hire me and I'll do a better job than whatever oaf is at it now...

Yep, post production screwed up. The narrator's voice is too quiet! Any time there is any backgrond soumd, what he is saying is barely understood, and listening to what he says is a hard mental effort. I'm done with this video. I hope this is not so on the rest of this series!

I hate this . Always, they are late or to late, always the trucker must do his best to come on time. Sometimes he is on time, sometimes not. Bad roads, bad weather, a flat tyre, it doesn t matter, if the trucker is to late he didn t do his best. Never i saw a normal travel, always there is trouble, if the trucker must past one car is always a dangerous situation. Fake program.

This had the potential to be a great documentary, except that it was sabotaged by a rogue audio engineer who made sure the narrator's dialogue was effectively drowned out by 'background' music. Even if it had been kept in the background, that music was absolutely unnecessary . I was barely able to tolerate 9 minutes of this disaster. Thumbs down!

Watched it for only 1 min and within that minute, it put my 'listening to the narrator' effort into a chaotic killing inferno before I could pause, hit dislike, and switch to another video - not the inferno one. 👎
