DJI released the firmware 1.10.4 for the RC-N1 controller. That controller can be used to fly the DJI Mini 3 or the DJI Mavic 3. With the firmware update a big bad bug was imported into the App. With some Android devices it wasn't possible any longer to increase the maximum altitude over 120 meters.
DJI reacted soon an published a new firmware update 1.10.6 in order to fix the problem.
As I was not able to reproduce the problem on my own, feel free to check out @MichasWelt in order to see what really happened.
