Mainly Europe is pretty restrictive in terms of drones. Have you already checked you area with EnaireDrone? I would recommend you doing it, maybe you reach an area where you can use it.

The best way to travel is with a hard shell case with an air pressure regulator( when traveling on a plane) fun fact: Drone Batteries 🔋 tend to swell when there are changes in air pressure like on a plane ✈️

Thanks for the very good hint about swelling. 👍🏽 I travelled lots of times and normally just use the lipo bags.

@@doatrip it happened to me the first time I traveled abroad and I had a similar bag thinking that it was fine but I was very wrong. Two out of the 3 Mavic 3 batteries swelled and all of my Go pro batteries did the same. So a very expensive life lesson indeed

When travelling by airplane, is this required? Would you recommend putting the drone in the carry on bag or the main luggage?

Batteries have to be in luggage. Drone could be in main but I would recommend having it in the luggage
