Winsome Diamonds was a massive corporate default that burst on the business world sometime in 2013-in the same manner as Gitanjali Gems and Niraav Modi. The three are similar because their companies were huge advertisers and this got them loads of high-profile publicity, until they suddenly vanished, leaving massive defaults on the books of Indian and foreign banks. How can the banks sanction such huge loans without adequate security? The bank officers who sanctioned such loans also should be prosecuted for negligence and probably abuse of authority

The biggest challenge is India is the lack of accountability of any one in power. Be it a politician, a bureaucrat, a public sector employee, or a government employee. At best a government employee gets rapped on the knuckles, given a punishment posting for a short while and then life goes back to 'normal'. Till India sheds its highly feudalistic mind set, which leads to crony capitalism and blatant corruption , and gets in a higher level of operative transperancy, there is no hope. To be frank, it is only in case Kingfisher that the banks recovered close to entire money lent, leaving some interest or penalty. None of the other absconders paid back nothing to banks. Serious thought to be given to the antecedents of these defaulters and perhaps we may find some answers.

My mom (who age 63 years) submitted KYC documents in SBI branch (for pension of my demised father). The bank delayed processing and her check of 2000 INR bounced back and penalty of 500+ INR as imposed on the transaction. She is following this up with the Bank rt now. And here we have a case of Jatin Mehta who siphoned off money of 14 banks and banks are okay with it.

Jatin mehta is not okay with banks they followed their big boss Dr MouniBaba, it's all open case rana kapoor of yes bank bought painting from priyanka vadra for whooping 2 crores & in return what bank got even dogs know now only Rana kapoor is in jail priyanka vadra should also be in jail, Admin forgets to mention that all banking scams happened during Dr MouniBaba & RRR Period only

Being handicape at the age of 56 years a nationalised bank today denied me Shishu Mudra loan for a home-based hosiery business of meagre Rs.50,000/-,on the pretext that bank officials will not come to visit my residence,though it is a well maintained flat.This happened today.

Vijay mallya said he will pay only principal amount. By that times the interests which piled up were huge .incl. Expenses incurred by banks
