I,talk to a fella on line who works on Big Ben,he is one of the clock machanics,form my place in South Wales,he has been working on the tower 20 years nice fella to.The 3 Big Ben machanics are great,Ian,and Alex as well,if it wasn't for them,that clock tower would seze up/stop.

I like how they have colour matched the lighting around the belfry to the lights that illuminate the whole parliament building on the waterfront side. Warm white light illuminating sandstone. Though i will miss the Iconic green light that was there. I imagine those lights can change colour with the click of a button.

Yes,and ever time Big Ben strikes,theres always a bus,car passing over Westminster bridge beeping to bloody annoying.
