Do less heavy weight but more repetitions with less weight to prevent injuries. Your body is aging after 40 years old. instead of doing 40-50 lbs, do 20-25 lbs. More cardio and mental. Animals never train before they hunt. They only move.

Glad he didn't trash Rich......he's gotta remember, he was riding in Rich's wake, Rich took him under HIS wing, and he didn't have to......so when you wanna start promoting your own clothing line, Rich had Every right to get mad and terminate you from the brand....Period.....Rich might have "said" he was cool with side hustling your own Merch, but Rich was probably just being polite and it became awkward.....that's why Rich sent him the termination text at 3am, it was probably difficult for him and was trying to do it in a nice way without confrontation.
