Looks excellent. He's handling raw meat and then touching the bun with the same gloves when he picks up the burger to transfer to the box.

There's quite alot of beef produce out there especially burgers that can be cooked under well and be served that way. Even safe raw at times although people don't like it like that. It depends on the source of the meat. So potentially its fine what he's doing. It's like touching sushi. Don't judge if not all facts are present me dude

Greeting's From New Hampshire(USA) Those Burgers look absolutely delicious, when it come's to burger's my son love's eating at "FIVE GUYS" once a month & order's his favorite thing's all the time: 2 Quadruple Cheeseburger's with Lettuce, Tomato, Extra Pickle's & Ketchup. 2 Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. 2 Hot Dog's with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles & Ketchup. 3 Large Fries with No Salt & Ketchup. & 4 refill's of either Diet Cherry Dr. Pepper or Diet Cherry Coke, so my son eat's, A LOT.

I love a good Swiss, melted Swiss cheese with mush- roasted mushroom and caramelized onions on a burger. That is hot stuff. And you can get that at a number of different places.
