Those valves stick out of the seat quite a bit. Did they put bigger seats in?

its on overlap. so they are not on the seat. the intake does have a bigger seat.

I’m a little unclear on what is a plus 2 or plus 3 valve…

+2mm larger diameter than stock . or +3mm larger.

Is that a set up one would use for a "drag build"? Those valves are huge!

yes for drag race use on 95+ hp range

Roughly how much hp do you expect a head like this to make?

our +3 head is recommended for builds looking at 100 + hp, this head is the video was ported by someone else, we are just doing repairs on it.
