Big Cob and monster Garrick caught spinning in the Umzimvubu river at Port St Johns

Жыл бұрынIn this Wild Coast adventure we catch some large Cob and Garrick in the Umzimvubu river spinning with light tackle and bucktail jigs from our small boat. The fish are big and they are feeding resulting in some exciting angling.

@@kylerawlinson8404 Hey Kyle I tried both but definitely preferred the MH. The M was amazing on the majority of fish you would catch in a river but just didnt have that pulling power for a big fish.

Sorry JDB. I normally use Berkley whiplash but with thin braid its just too expensive to swop out every season and the JDB is well priced. I have just put on their new braid called JDB dna but have only used it once so unable to comment as yet.

Thanks Bud i will give it a try, i am using the JDB ultra Tec . Its great . Will definitely try out the new one. Just some tips. There is a very nice power knob you can put on ur ITX. I have up graded mine and it works a blast. Around R200

@@FISHINGTHEWILDCOAST Try aliexpress, a size 30 will work. I used a brand called Piscifun. The knob is metal and smoke black. It matches the reel perfectly with delivery within 4 weeks to a pep store near u.
