Happy Birthday Nick! I just purchased a 12’ by 20’ shed like that one. Just got delivered last week. Only difference is I need to assemble it?! 🤦🏻‍♂️ it’ll be a good project for me and my old man. I just couldn’t swing the cost of them building it. Sweet looking building. Hope you had an awesome day, bud!

Hello Nick. Great storage unit. Im not sure if anyone else has mentioned this but security is something to be concerned with. I certainly would put metal bars on the windows and doors as well as add a deadbolt to the man door. For the investments you keep i would want a good alarm too.

Happy Birthday !! My son Nick also has a birthday in January, I just dont think his gift will be that elaborate. I had a building delivered in the fall, and the ruts that were cut in my yard are about twice to three times as deep. Aerating those will take care of that ? I was wondering how I was going to fix that.

Oh comon lol saving green lol he's got highway tires , slow speed , a weight in the Bed , 40 foot trailer that weighs at least 10-12klbs with another 4-5k pound house lol while it's wet and muddy . 😉😋 Hahaha
