We are nearing the end of season 2023, man it flew past. It seems like the other week Nate was preparing all the vehicles, trucks, concrete buggy etc for this season.

Shame Bugs never got a farewell dinner or something, the amount of work he put into the company should count for something, ARGH!

There can't be too many feelings better than pulling up to the new yard, knowing that it is YOURS, and remembering all the years of hard work, sweat, tears, fights, trials and concrete mountains left on the form truck that went into accomplishing that was well worth it. Happy for you Ryan! Keep up the amazing work. We appreciate it.

Eric's affection towards food is pure. His eyes just lock on and well up. Something we can all get behind. Food is the best, especially moms and grandmas.

You can take the blower to the leaves overhanging your pours and knock down any loose leaves which may help a little in the future! 💪

Nothing like waking up at 7am to the sound of a concrete saw to get you going in the morning and create a little neighborly love.

As happy as it makes me to hear Ryan say one of his classic sayings like "Concrete's Here" or "Eeeeeasy Money", I like to hear Francisco's "Yes Sirrr". It puts a smile on my face. As for Eric, it's his laugh that always makes me smile. If you can listen to his laugh and not smile, then you're already pretty much done for, haha. His laugh is 100% joyful and it's refreshing to be around/watch someone like that. Even when he's in a "bad mood", it seems pretty easy to get him smiling. It's been good getting to know the guys on the crew a little bit as the seasons go by. I'm wondering if Big Ray is coming back next season? Carlito and Little Ray seem like good additions too. Even the jobs that have "problems" always end up being amazing. You do great work, Ryan and THAT is why you are so highly respected in your industry. That and you are a good person. But, here I am, waiting for the next garbage dump, coffee run, and jobsite shenanigans and hard work, resulting in a flawless product. I'm a disabled veteran. I've been unable to find a job and supervisor that can accommodate my needs and make me feel safe at work. I really wish I could learn a trade job from someone like you. After watching so many of your jobs, I can say that I would feel safe and supported on your crew.

Little Ray seems like an asset. He is not afraid to work and knows how to do many things. He is definitely not Buggs but he is a close second. He seems to get along well with the others.
