Walters Group's Hitachi ZX870 loading a fleet of 40 tonne capacity dump trucks on the company's Heysham Bypass project a couple of years ago.

The Hitachi excavator is without a doubt the best excavator to operate, especially the 870!

What a marvelous video!😋 Great views of a great operator handling a nice machine! Who knows, maybe I will have the opportunity to try one of those out in time!😄 Would be fun to experience how the Hitachi is compared to the Cat! My next project, is to move 250 000 m3 of soil with the 390 f, must admit that I'm looking forward to test the machine in other applications than rock handling! 🤪 May I ask what your background is? What makes your interest for machines in the construction business? 🙂

The Hitachi is supposed to be as good if not better than the Cat. But, that's all personal preference! Hopefully we will see a video of you moving this soil? I've had an interest from a kid in machinery and now work for some of the UK dealers and manufacturers as well as writing for Earthmovers magazine and a couple of demolition related magazines in the UK

@@RPAMEDIA Hehe, it's because of this professional preference, that I would like to experience other brands as well! A lot of my colleagues prefer Hitachi, and brag about how great they are..😅 The company I work for, had only Hitachi's until around 4 years ago.. Suddenly they bought Cat all the way, not sure why, but I know that at least our 390's were sold to us with a warranty of low fuel consumption! I know we have had a Hitachi 530 tested recently, I got the impression that it operated great but had a higher fuel consumption than management would prefer..🤭 We'll see in time, maybe they change brand once again time has come to renew the fleet.. I will most likely catch some activity with the soil, we'll see if the films are worthy of sharing though..🤪 I'm really looking forward to that!! Now I see where your enthusiasm comes from! Must be fun to write and make stories in those magazines, and at the same time work with dealership as you do? I believe that gives you a clear view of facts and interests in the business! It also explains your ability to catch the moments as you do, and to edit them like a professional! 😉 Wit that in mind, tho Volvo dealer here in Norway uses a picture of a EC 750 with the Collins brand, I wouldn't be surprised if that picture was taken by you!

In your dreams maybe! I am currently running an 870 deere, same machine and it will eat that cat for lunch. Not even 8n 5he same league. So unless you know what u are talking about you a4e talking out your arse. Just another youtube operator that don't know shit
