Love the podcast, glad to see you back in your studio. If I could make a suggestion, add some acoustic panels to your room. It will significantly help with the audio quality. Even an area rug in the room will help. It’ll really tie the room together as well

In Economic Geography there is a concept called districtization. The liner notes is that multiple similar establishments close together helps draw people from farther away to your area. If the businesses embrace the district it eventually helps. It's more likely negative for there to be a second district some distance away.
