Hey Beautiful Sis, Big lots does deliver furniture, you do have to pay a little extra fee for the delivery and they do remove old furniture from your house you also have to pay an extra fee for that as well. Thank you so much for watching!! God bless💖🙏🏾

Hey Beautiful Sis, I am so sorry that has been your experience with big lots furniture, I had my first sofa and loveseat from big lots for over 10 years with four children and it was so comfortable and sturdy the only reason why I had to get rid of it was because of all the moving and putting it in storage that it got ripped and dirty, I am on my second set of furniture from big lots and I’m loving it..
