I’m so thankful that I came across this interview! My daughter is an up and coming artists and this mommas heart has prayed for her faithfully since before she was born. I know what life will turn into if she ever turns away from her faith. Big & Rich, I pray that my daughter Katie will be surrounded by other Christian influences in the music industry like you two🙏💕

Woke up in the wee hours this morning, turned on the TV, found a new antenna channel H-land! A song was on "This is why I pray" I couldn't stop watching, it has mesmerized me. I went in search of the musical duo & found this interview. Oh my...their message/testimony hit hard. WOW!

I did a few videos with them ( hair stylist on set ) and I could sense that when I was in John’s house, and his wife. They never said anything about it, but you could tell ...good people.

I’m religious but more of just a deeply care about. I talk to our lord every time I’m outside just enjoy the world. Thank him rain, sun. Etc. but BIG AND RICH my favorite band. I respect them for their beliefs. They also address taboo subjects like raptor abuse in “HOLY WATER. those of us that have to grow up in hell. Appreciate being acknowledged and respected. Thank you!

🐎 🐴 Their song 'Save A Horse, Ride A Cowboy' debut was in 2004. That was 17 years ago, for those of you who say they can't be Christian and sing a song like this. Is the song even about having multiple women? Does Big Kenny have an open marriage and does he recommend cheating? It doesn't seem that he does. If you have a significant other, it's alright to have significant fun with that person.

Kenny has a “belief system.” Did he say “Jesus?” Or “Lord?” Or “personal Savior?” I’m not judging because I don’t know him, but I do know my Lord and Savior and I do know faith in the true Gospel. It’s not a “belief system.” I’m sorry, but Kenny’s words don’t convince me. Of course it’s not me he has to convince, is it? Still, I have Jesus Christ and I’ll stand on that Rock - out loud. I’ll not deny Him His name. Jesus. He saved my wretched soul. He has prepared a place for me in His Fathers Kingdom because I accepted Him. That’s not a “system;” that’s pure faith, faith in Jesus Christ. I pray that Kenny finds Him, truly I do.

Some of the most Risque love poetry is found in the Old testament Bible. Why does he have to reconcile the concept of lust or love? You can not say love does not come without the human attraction whether it is a look? Or a word can you? I know this post was 5 month's ago but it is just as valid now as it was then.

The Lord would not call people to be country singers, especially with the video save horse, ride a cowboy. to tell women that is what you should do. we are to be separate from the world, do not partake of the devil's world.

jenny parker Mm i don’t know. I think you also have to look at it from an entertainment value , after all that is what they do. They have plenty of other songs that talk about staying faithful and not straying from your loved ones. They just have fun every once in awhile ;)

jenny parker you should read The Song of Solomon The Song of Solomon in that whole scripture in whole book in the Bible it's pretty pretty open about a lot of things Read that read The Song of Solomon and then you get back to me you don't know their hearts only God does
