Great video as always, Ryan. Love to see the positivity with the group. Although Ray is still learning I hope he continues to grow. At times he may get embarrassed and act before he thinks, the part where he tangled the chain and tried to get it loose without turning the machine off was scary to watch. All the best moving forward. Keep him learning with friendly reminders, and he will gain confidence.

Tino is having trouble sleeping. There is no doubt he is facing problems he doesn’t want to share or can’t share. I can feel his contempt when Ryan is joshing him and I believe Ryan feels it too. I hope and pray for Tino. There’s nothing more frustrating than getting into trouble with sleep patterns. Especially when you’re facing problems that you feel you have zero control over. If I could lend Ryan some advice it would be to cut him even more slack. The man seems to have a knack for being good help. He appears to have a good head on his shoulders. I think Tino is one of those people that has to be put into situations way over his head. Lend him the confidence to face those situations and set leadership expectations upon him. I’m betting he will settle down and thrive. He is a leader. He doesn’t see himself as one and he is frustrated on too many levels. I can tell by his responses. I fear he is going to push people away because of it and I think he can be way more beneficial than the current situation allows for. There’s no reason to allow the current situation to hinder the future.

Hey Ryan, Convert that little trailer to a box style with several shelves opening towards the back to hold your all your stamps. Doors all around on top section to put the powdered release. Ryan, you really need to take better care of your hands. All those chemicals in concrete (silica and in the mixtures of that color release) get absorbed into your pores. Over a long time and exposure, it can lead to health issues. You work hard and I'd like to see you reap the benefits of all your hard work. As always, a fun video!

Maybe consider getting your cabin filter changed and mist spray to decontaminate the air system, you can end up with people's cold sitting in your filter festering in the mild weather just waiting to be blasted out when you turn the AC up and the moisture starts condensing making it all moist.

As a business owner and concrete contractor of 10 years, I can tel you the oversleeping issue is because there aren’t consequences for being late. I know because I do it a lot. It’s a habit I’m working on. But I understand it’s hard to let go of guys with good attitudes. Especially considering how wel you all work together. We need to find a punishment that doesn’t mean you can’t have a job any more but is a consequence of being late
