Bugs saying he wants to work until he's 70 is crazy to me. Every older guy I know in construction are like in their 50's at the oldest and they're in a boss role where they hardly do any work anyway. Bugs is still hustling in the trenches in his 60's and plans to keep going for another 4 years. That's incredibly impressive that his body is holding up that long. They don't make men like him anymore.

Obviously tino is drinking too much the night before. I've had this problem with multiple employees and this always ended up being the situation both the retail store and factory I managed. I get he's going through a tough time but come on tino, you have a great future ahead of you.

Great video and that texture turned out great! You had mentioned before about buying one of the trucks on the new land for a Stamped Concrete truck, but the price wasn't right. Would an Enclosed trailer be a better option? Less mechanical components to have to fix and save on other expenses a vehicle would incur, can have everything in it and pull with your truck when needed. Maybe have some small samples of the textures that the customer can see (make some up with extra concrete from jobs). Just a thought!!

Feel for Annie, as a cat lover sick animals upset me fingers crossed she pulls through this ok, I’m doing daddy work to my 3 new 4 day old kitty’s, been there with sick animals as we have cats and dogs and you only know they are unwell by the way the way they stop acting normal so I have everything crossed for Annie for you.

I’m a recently retired veteran who just started working as a maintenance repair man in the condo Community in which I reside. One of my many tasks is to repair concrete throughout the complex. Watching your videos has helped me to learn a few tips and tricks for which I am grateful. Also I identify with the morning routine of stopping off at the local convenience store to fuel up on coffee and snacks for the day. I enjoy your videos as they are entertaining and informative.
