+BCxDiZatioN i had the same situation. My last car caught fire for some reason, my subs were unharmed luckily. But i had to get a new car. The burned car was a coupe and the new one a hatchback VW Lupo. Which basically is a tiny town car. I put the same equipment in the new car and it felt hella louder. I think it is just because of the less airspace and that the coupe had some restriction because of the backseats. But i was quite impressed by the difference in loudness.

Yea man I think that the main reason is because with smalll cars you sound louder with music and because cabinet is smaller you can have more dbs gain.✌

+BCxDiZatioN more cabin area = less pressure... this is why a well built wall right up to the seats is common
