The sound of them running in the distance is just so stupid and random lol, bloody love this show.

It's weird to think that in Spaced, Simon Pegg and Jessica Stephenson wanted Julian Barrett to play Brian, and Mark Heap was the second choice after him. Jessica mentioned this on Richard Herring's Leicester Square Theatre podcast. Although Julian would have been great, it's strange to think that Mark wasn't their first choice.

Big Train 2002, Peep Show 2015, The Day Today 1994, Alan Partridge 2010, Armstrong and Miller 2010, Little Britain 2005 - this type of English humour is now historical. The new crass multi-cultural pc "English" humour is stale. Asians, Africans, middle-class whites all competing without any connection to the general populace. Quiz shows with the "new comedians" are so cheap to make.
