Thank you Nidhi! I'm afraid I can't identify the song since we teach so many classes and use so much music! Shazam did not yield any answers either. Sorry about that!

So did they learn ballet when they are younger or they learnt it as adults?

Some of them learnt ballet as kids but then left it and resumed after many years, but many learnt it as older adults as well! We have students who started in their 50s and later :)
