Kalah Dolman please who gave them (2NE1) the title, 'queens'? They were great but they were nothing compared to girls generation in terms of accomplishments. Even a recent vox pop done in Korea last month revealed Koreans still regard GIRLS GENERATION as the nation's girl group. You can't be giving them titles they do not have. There is no competition in this aspect. I'm not trying to stay a fishy but your comment is not factual AT ALL. And of course I want them to react to 'I am the best'.

Al I am saying is that the statement is not generally true except stated in the context you just put it. I wasn’t trying to imply that 2NE1 was better then GG, who I love by the way, and of course they are the nation’s girl group! They were around longer and have done so much more. But you have to at least admit that 2NE1 is at least after Girls Generation or in the top 5 girl groups so far or in the last ten years. All I was trying to say was that they had an amazing stage presence and style and a unique sound that was unlike any other group in their time. They were always switching up their genre and making it their own as well as setting trends. Like the other person was saying,I only meant to refer to them as queens in the terms of the YG family as they have always been portrayed as Big Bang’s female counterparts. In YG history so far, Big Bang are the kings, 2NE1 the queens and Black Pink the princesses. I just wanted to entice the guys into watching Black Pink’s seniors. Anyway, if you still are not agreeable with anything I’ve said thus far, then let me put it a different way. Patrickk, Wells, DC and Wilkins: please react to 2NE1 for no other reason then that Patrick’s bias was the leader, and a damn good one. And again, I’ll just say that they did have mind blowing stage presence, and great music and videos that you have to see to understand besides their final song. I’d suggest starting with Falling In Love, I Love You, Crush, Missing You or as was mentioned the iconic I’m The Best.
